At the heart of our operations lies ‘My Yantra,’ our proprietary cloud software. This innovative platform, powered by IoT and AI technologies, serves as the digital backbone of our operations. It not only streamlines and automates our entire workflow but also optimizes our asset pool for maximum returns.
How It Works:
Contract Signing: We establish long-term contracts with our clients, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years. These contracts outline the sender client, receiver client, and the specific packaging type.
Material Request: Component manufacturers log their material requests on My Yantra, kickstarting the process.
Material Allocation: Packaging materials are allocated to the sender client from the nearest Yantra Packs’ warehouse.
Loading and Shipping: The sender client loads components into the packaging material, which is then shipped to the receiver client.
Unloading: Upon arrival, the receiver client unloads the components from the packaging material.
Return and Maintenance: The packaging material is returned to the closest Yantra Packs’ warehouse, where it undergoes cleaning and, if necessary, repairs to ensure it’s in pristine condition for the next allocation.
Billing and Payment: Clients are billed on a fortnightly basis, with payments typically processed within 30 days from the billing date.
