Customers, whether corporate or individual, transacting through our associates will be treated as valued clients of SpreadWings.

Accountabilities of Channel Associates: Conduct business activities in a legal and ethical manner, following all policies and guidelines issued by our company. Adhere to our branding guidelines to maintain the company’s image and reputation. Ensure that pricing for services falls within the guidelines set by SpreadWings. Avoid engaging in activities that could tarnish the company’s image and goodwill. Provide the necessary infrastructure to efficiently and effectively run the business. Offer assistance to customers from booking to delivery, addressing their inquiries and grievances.

Requirements: Channel associates must be committed to full-time business operations. Maintain office premises ideally at a well-located ground floor or commercial center with visibility for displaying SpreadWings signage. Have adequate staff members, office equipment, and communication tools to ensure efficient business operations. Possess necessary registrations, such as compliance with the Shops and Establishment Act, Service Tax, and any other statutory requirements dictated by local legislation.
