Gloria Jean’S Coffees Franchise

For the Love of Coffee – Gloria Jean’s Coffees: A Tale of Excellence

Over fifteen years ago, in the heart of Australia, Gloria Jean’s Coffees was born with a simple yet ambitious mission – to serve the finest coffee in the nation. Today, with over 400 coffee houses and a presence in every Australian state and territory, we continue to grow and welcome opportunities for expansion.

Gloria Jean’s Coffees in Australia

Nabi Saleh, an Australian entrepreneur, coffee connoisseur, and expert, along with his business partner, Peter Irvine, embarked on a journey to introduce the world to Gloria Jean’s Coffees, a specialty gourmet coffee brand. In 1996, they realized their dream by opening the first Australian Gloria Jean’s Coffees store in Miranda, Sydney.

By 2004, Gloria Jean’s Coffees had established more than 200 coffee houses across Australia, becoming a nationally recognized brand with a presence in every Australian state and territory. Having achieved remarkable success at home, Nabi and Peter set their sights on making Gloria Jean’s Coffees a global sensation.

In 2004, they returned to the United States to secure the international branding and roasting rights for all countries outside of America and Puerto Rico, establishing Gloria Jean’s Coffees International Pty Ltd.

Fast forward to early 2009, and Gloria Jean’s Coffees International Pty Ltd. completed the global narrative by acquiring Gloria Jean’s Coffees U.S. retail and franchise operations from the then U.S. owner.

Today, with coffee houses gracing 39 markets across the globe, much has evolved within our business, but one thing remains constant: our unwavering passion for exceptional coffee, our commitment to conducting business with compassion, and our relentless aspiration to become the world’s most adored and respected coffee company.
