In 2012, Dongyue(India) Group took its first step into the world as Dongyue Brick Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Our journey began with the development of technology for bricks, blocks, machinery, R&D, and providing solutions and services to the International Division of Dongyue Machinery Group. Since our inception in 2012, our registered office has been situated at House No-15, Narendra Garden, Jagamara, Bhubaneswar-751030.

In 2017, capitalizing on the ‘Made-in-India Initiative,’ we established a new manufacturing, servicing, and trading venture known as Dongyue Engineering & Fabricators. Our firm acquired cutting-edge Technology Transfer from the International Dongyue Group to manufacture, reassemble, refabricate, install, and service brick machines, fly ash brick machines, and PLC-based automatic brick, block, and paver machines. We have been actively involved in manufacturing, sourcing, assembling, and servicing all types of brick machines in our factory located in Bajpur, Khurda District, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, and at client sites in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Bhutan.

About Us Since 2012

Since 2012, we have installed over 250 bricks and block machines. Together with our international group, we have supplied 30 large-scale AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) plants in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh. An additional 3 plants are currently under installation. These plants, with an average daily capacity of 500 CBM/day, make us the market leader in this sector.

German Technology at Indian Prices

Dongyue Machines employ German technology with a triple-action micro-sequence:

1. Table Vibration: The primary force for compaction.

2. Top Pressure/Vibration: Complements the primary compaction.

3. Sequential Hammering: Adds a third dimension to brick strength.

A PLC computer processing program manages these three actions in our highly popular automatic machines.

Thanks to the triple-action technology, one machine can produce a wide range of products, including fly ash bricks, fly ash blocks, concrete solid bricks and blocks, concrete hollow bricks and blocks, colored paver blocks, plain paver blocks, parking tiles, roof blocks, interlocking wall blocks, kerb stones, retaining wall blocks, road dividers, and many custom precast blocks and slabs.
