Our Smoking Tradition: At CENTRAL PERK 7, we take immense pride in our smoking process, where all our meats and vegetables are meticulously smoked daily using genuine coal in our ‘Jumbo Red Smoker.’ This technique is entirely electricity-free, and we are equally renowned for our exceptional Indo-Iran fusion recipes. Our menu features an array of unbuttered, healthy kebabs and a variety of BBQ vegetables.
