About Us: Sevika Janasevana Kendram is an innovative Public Common Service Center project that was launched in Pattambi, Palakkad District, Kerala State on April 2, 2012. The inception of this project was the result of a meticulous nine-year study, initiated back in 2003. Our mission with Sevika Janasevana Kendram is to provide an extensive range of products and services, both online and offline, to the citizens residing within our operational coverage.
We envision Sevika Janasevana Kendram as an extended family member and unwavering supporter for every citizen, helping them fulfill their various needs through our comprehensive array of products and services, available both online and offline.
Our Offerings: Sevika Janasevana Kendram is dedicated to providing citizens with a wide spectrum of products and services, accessible through our Village Level Sevika Offices (VLSOs), operated by franchisees. Our services are conveniently available at the doorstep or counters of our franchisees, with a simple phone call or a quick visit.
Currently, Sevika Janasevana Kendram is active in various districts, including Palakkad, Malappuram, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kasaragod, Kannur, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram, Pathanamthitta, and Idukki. We are proud to have more than 650 franchisees in these districts, all of whom are committed to serving the citizens with dedication and efficiency.
Our Vision for 2017-2020: Sevika Janasevana Kendram has ambitious plans to extend its reach to towns, junctions, and villages across India. We aim to offer our comprehensive range of services to citizens, making their lives more convenient. Our Village Level Sevika Offices (VLSOs) will act as the primary service centers for individuals seeking assistance in each town, junction, or village. These VLSOs will cover Wards and Divisions within each Panchayath, Municipality, or Corporation, ranging from 01 to 25.
