We’ve also proudly collaborated with international organizations like UNION and the WHO.

India’s Skills Imperative: India, in its relentless pursuit of development, has set forth an ambitious goal: skilling 500 million youth by 2022, as outlined by the National Skills Development Corporation. This staggering target underscores the critical need for a substantial cadre of skilled trainers in India to mold and shape the future workforce across 21 sectors.

Our Aspiration: In response to this national imperative, Stanley and David Associates have dedicated themselves to a noble cause. We’ve set an audacious target of training 10,000 trainers within the next three years and a grand total of 50,000 trainers by 2022. Our strategic approach involves the launch of the Master Trainer Certificate (MTC) program, a comprehensive initiative to be conducted across the length and breadth of India.

The MTC Journey: The Master Trainers emerging from our program will serve as torchbearers of knowledge, cascading their skills, expertise, and attitudes to the unemployed, under-employed, and aspiring youth of India and beyond. The inaugural 3-day workshop will kickstart in Bangalore from the 14th to the 16th of June 2016, followed by another enlightening session in Dehradun from the 18th to the 20th of June.

We are committed to reaching every corner of the nation, with workshops planned in all state capitals, extending to 200 cities across India.
