FRANCHISEE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a franchisee, you will take on the following responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation: Acquire subscribers based on investment research ideas provided by ‘REAL STOCK IDEAS.’

2. Offer Subscription Plans: You can promote our subscription plans to your existing clients or leverage various marketing strategies to acquire new clients, aligning with your capacity.

3. Compliance: You will be responsible for establishing a basic office setup, assembling a suitable team, ensuring compliance with ‘SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations,’ and managing clients, both prospective and existing.

4. Training: We will provide product training to your staff.

5. Day-to-Day Operations: You will manage the day-to-day tasks of the franchise while working in the best interest of ‘REAL STOCK IDEAS’ and the franchise’s growth.

6. Transparent Communication: Maintain regular, transparent communication with the ‘License Holder/REAL STOCK IDEAS’ regarding business activities.

7. Compliance Adherence: Ensure that neither you nor your team members engage in any activities that contravene ‘SEBI’ guidelines. In case of any such activities, you must promptly inform the ‘License Holder’ and take necessary steps for rectification.

8. KYC and Client Onboarding: Maintain all KYC-related documents and oversee subscriber onboarding activities, activations, renewals, and more with the firm’s support.

9. Educating Clients: You must educate clients and prospects about the clauses outlined in the ‘Disclosure,’ ‘Terms & Conditions,’ and ‘Standard Dos & Don’ts’ sections of the ‘REAL STOCK IDEAS’ website.

10. Research Advisory Delivery: All ‘Stock Market Research Advisory/Ideas’ will be provided directly to subscribers by the ‘License Holder/REAL STOCK IDEAS’ via SMS, WhatsApp, or mobile app, as deemed fit by the firm.

REVENUE SHARING:

Our revenue-sharing model is structured as follows: Franchisee receives 75%, and the License Holder/Proprietor of ‘Real Stock Ideas’ is allocated 25%. Revenue sharing disbursements will be made on or before the 5th of each month.

INVESTMENT:

To secure the right to utilize the firm’s brand, products, and intellectual property, we require a refundable Franchise Deposit Payment of Rs. 200,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Only), made payable to ‘REAL STOCK IDEAS.’ We also offer flexible deposit options.
