About Us:
We are the leading manufacturers and traders specializing in a wide range of exciting products, including Inflatable Pools, Water Zorbing equipment, thrilling Bouncy Slides, Amusement Vehicles, and much more. Our products are renowned for their exceptional quality and affordability, making them highly sought after in the market.
Our Kid-Friendly Ride-On Toy Attractions can be found in various entertainment hubs such as Amusement Centers, Mall Atriums, and Amusement Parks, ensuring endless fun for the little ones.
Each franchise unit will be equipped with an exciting array of Battery-Operated Toy Rides, featuring options like Animal Rides, Bike Rides, and Rickshaw Rides, with two units of each. Franchisees are granted the privilege of incorporating our Logo and Brand, with their unique franchise name attached. The agreement entails an initial non-refundable deposit of INR. 50,000/-, along with a refundable deposit of INR. 200,000/-, payable upon contract signing. Pogo Funz’s dedicated team will oversee the complete setup, including counters, billing machines, software, and the installation of Ride-On Toys. We also provide ongoing maintenance and annual updates for the rides. In exchange, franchisees are required to pay a fixed monthly franchise fee of INR. 40,000 or 20% of the total monthly sales to Pogo Funz.
Should a franchisee decide to sell or discontinue their business operations and the franchise agreement, the terms are as follows:
- 0 to 18 Months: A 20% depreciation will be deducted from the refundable deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded upon returning Pogo Funz’s stock to the designated location.
- 18 to 24 Months: A 10% depreciation will be deducted from the refundable deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded upon returning Pogo Funz’s stock to the designated location.
- 24 to 36 Months: A 5% depreciation will be deducted from the refundable deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded upon returning Pogo Funz’s stock to the designated location.
- Beyond 36 Months: A 3% depreciation will be deducted from the refundable deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded upon returning Pogo Funz’s stock to the designated location.
